1. Agreement
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and MoSlide (“MoSlide”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use MoSlide.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use MoSlide for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. Licence to use MoSlide
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MoSlide on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store rules.
MoSlide and its design, software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the presentations and other content you create or add. You give MoSlide permission to process that content only as needed to provide app features, such as editing, presenting, exporting, and running interactive activities.
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. Do not add or present content that infringes another person’s rights or breaks the law.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use MoSlide to harm, threaten, harass, deceive, or unlawfully monitor another person;
- attempt to interfere with, bypass, or damage the app’s security or operation;
- misuse interactive sessions, local network features, or connected data sources;
- reverse engineer or redistribute MoSlide except where the law expressly allows it; or
- use MoSlide in a way that violates applicable law.
5. Connected and third-party services
Some features work with services you choose, including Apple services, external displays, local networks, web links, and Google Sheets. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or changes.
You are responsible for checking sharing permissions before linking a sheet, sharing a deck, or inviting participants to an interactive session.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep MoSlide reliable, but we do not promise every feature will always be available or error-free. Features may change as the app develops. Back up important presentations and test your deck, media, network, and display setup before a live event.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MoSlide is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, interrupted presentations, or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
8. Ending use
You may stop using MoSlide at any time by removing the app. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or if necessary to protect MoSlide, its users, or others. Terms that logically continue after termination will remain in effect.
9. General terms
These terms, together with any mandatory App Store terms, are the agreement between us about MoSlide. If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
We may update these terms as MoSlide changes. Questions can be sent to cavan@judgestudios.com.
